Our trips are crafted with care, planning, and a commitment to providing each guest with an unforgettable outdoor experience. To honor our preparation and maintain flexibility for unforeseen changes, we’ve established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation by Camp Yoshi

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a trip due to weather, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and offer you the choice of a full refund or a credit towards a future trip.

Cancellation by Guests

Life happens, and we understand that plans can change. Here’s what to expect if you need to cancel your reservation:

  • More than 60 Days Before Departure: You’ll receive a full refund minus a small processing fee.

  • 30-60 Days Before Departure: 50% of your trip fee will be refunded, or you can apply the full amount as a credit towards a future Camp Yoshi trip.

Less Than 30 Days Before Departure: We’re unable to offer refunds this close to the trip date. However, we’ll work with you to apply a portion of your trip fee toward a future booking, based on the trip and availability.

Transfers

If you can no longer attend but know someone who would love to experience Camp Yoshi, we’re happy to transfer your reservation to another guest up to 7 days before the trip, pending availability and approval.

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for additional protection, especially for any non-refundable portions.
