Welcome to Camp Yoshi (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website, booking experiences, or purchasing products (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms + Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

1. WHO WE ARE

Camp Yoshi operates under Yoshi Group LLC, doing business as Camp Yoshi, based in Portland, Oregon.

We design and lead outdoor experiences, retreats, and culinary events across the U.S. and abroad, along with offering a curated collection of lifestyle goods inspired by nature, food, and culture.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old (or have legal guardian consent) to book or purchase through Camp Yoshi.
By using our Services, you confirm that all information you provide is true, complete, and current.

3. BOOKINGS + PAYMENTS

When you book a Camp Yoshi trip or purchase a product, you agree to provide accurate payment details.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Balances are due by the date listed in your booking confirmation.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation without refund.
Payments are processed securely through our online booking system. If our portal is temporarily unavailable, we may process payments manually using your card on file (with your approval).

4. CANCELLATIONS + REFUNDS

All trip-specific cancellation and refund terms are subject to the details outlined in your booking confirmation.

5. CHANGES TO ITINERARIES

Outdoor environments are dynamic. Camp Yoshi reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or activities at any time due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

If a major change occurs, we’ll communicate updates promptly and make every effort to maintain the quality and integrity of your experience.

6. MERCHANDISE + SHIPPING

All merchandise sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or availability.

7. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By participating in Camp Yoshi experiences, you acknowledge that outdoor activities involve inherent risks — including but not limited to weather, terrain, wildlife, and physical exertion.

You agree to assume full responsibility for your participation and will be required to sign a Participant Waiver + Release of Liability prior to attending any trip.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — including text, photography, video, design, and logos — is the property of Yoshi Group LLC dba Camp Yoshi and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

9. PRIVACY

Your privacy matters. We collect only the information necessary to process orders, bookings, and communications.
We do not sell or share your personal information for marketing purposes.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yoshi Group LLC dba Camp Yoshi is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or experiences.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
