Maui
2026 : Mar 12 - Mar 15
When many people think of Maui, they think of surf, beaches, and oceanside cocktails. Beaches are great, but Maui is so much more. Together, we will be going beyond the typical to witness Haleakala, the sacred volcano home to endemic species, otherworldly landscapes, and unparalleled views of the Hawaiian islands and the night sky.
This trip is designed to show you one of Earth’s most untouched locations without the suffering. This isn't your dad’s traditional backpacking trip, nor the army’s rucking bootcamp. The gear has come a long way since then, and we’re fully outfitting you in the best of it.
We'll focus on visiting Hawaii the right way, with major emphasis on respect and consideration for the islands. On our journey, we will practice aloha ʻāina, which literally means "love of the land.” We will deepen our understanding of the island, learning to love its people, culture, and ecology.
